Acceptance
By using faxfromphones.com or the Fax From Phone service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Fax From Phone, operated by FAX FROM PHONE LLC, lets you transmit documents to fax numbers over carrier networks. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send the documents and that the recipient number is correct.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited advertisements (junk faxes), unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing content. Sending unsolicited fax advertisements may violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar laws, and is strictly prohibited. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
Payment
Fees are shown before you send. Per-fax charges are billed at the time of sending; plan fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Transmissions are generally non-refundable once sent.
No guarantee of delivery
We work hard to deliver every fax, but transmission depends on the recipient’s line and third-party networks. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries beyond refunding the affected transmission fee where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAX FROM PHONE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected transmission.
